	The houses are self contained, fully equipped, air-conditioned for summer and winter night comfort and all linen is provided. Breakfast is available upon request.		Our spacious, luxury holiday houses are set in their own private gardens, with lawns leading down to the sand beaches of beautiful tidal Lake Cooroibah.


	The 10 acres of lawns and gardens are visited by kangaroos, goannas, green tree frogs and over 85 different varieties of birds from sea eagles to tiny crimson finches. Noosa offers visitors fabulous ocean beaches, national parks, the best in wining and dining, and numerous tourist attractions e.g. the Eumundi Markets, Ginger factory, Coloured sands, Fraser Island, Everglades, Big Pineapple, Underwater World, Deep sea fishing.		There are no kangaroos on Hastings Street


			A motor boat and catamaran are provided for guests use on the lake. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat, windsurfer, and bicycles for enjoyment of the 54km of the Noosa river and lakes and the Cooloola National Park and State Forest.
